Return policy

Any problem with the tags such as spelling mistakes, incorrect data, wrong color etc, then please return the tag to the address on the back of the card along with your address and concern, and the tag will be replaced.

If you ordered the wrong size or sent us the wrong information or don't like the design or color, then unfortunately that is simply unfortunate.
Jazzy tags may replace the tag at half price at our discression and/or mood.

Other items such as collars and leashes should be returned to the address on the 'contact us' page along with your address and concern - a replacement or refund will be considered at that time, but 'pet damaged' items really are down to you - we cannot be responsible for the actions of pets that just do not listen nor respect what you have just paid good money for.

Treats and opened remedies cannot be returned for obvious health and safety reasons.

We at JazzyTags want our customers to be happy with our products, and as such will consider any request for a replacement or refund depending upon the validity of the request.
